The "Walking Together, Smiling Together" walking event, jointly organized by our Faculty and the Dental Research Society, took place on June 11, 2026, in a warm, intimate atmosphere surrounded by nature.
Our team gathered in front of the faculty building at 12:00 PM and, with Prof. Dr. Mete ÖZER leading the way and giving the start, began stepping out toward Atakum's scenic, green route. The walk took place far from the crowds in a very friendly and pleasant conversational atmosphere, accompanied by the lovely hosts of nature. As we advanced through the forested paths behind the campus, the turtles, colorful butterflies, and other wildlife we encountered along the way brought a completely different joy and serenity to our journey.
We would like to thank all our professors and participants who accompanied our steps with their energy and smiling faces on this beautiful day, where we took a sweet break from our intense work routine and explored the beauties of nature.
