_Undergraduate, doctorate and speciality education is given in the department. Master's degree education is carried out in prosthesis preclinical and phantom laboratories in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades, in the 4th and 5th grades as applied at the bedside, and theoretical education is carried out in lecture theatres. In postgraduate education, courses on the science of materials and instruments, fixed and removable prostheses, introduction to implant prostheses, introduction to maxillofacial prostheses and introduction to digital dentistry applications are given and updated in parallel with the developments in dentistry. Doctoral education is 4 years, specialisation education is 3 years. Treatment plan and alternatives, material science and developments in material science, conservative and restorative dental treatments, conventional metal supported and metal unsupported crowns, bridges, removable prostheses and implant treatment approaches (fixed, removable, hybrid), restorative and prosthetic approaches, fixed, Digital dentistry applications in removable and implant-based restorations (CAD/CAM), dental photography, digital smile design, face bow transfer and articulator use, maxillofacial prostheses, prosthetic treatments in temporomandibular joint diseases are taught and routine bedside applications are performed.In our department, where the treatment methods of current materials are actively followed, restorative and prosthetic treatments made with digital technology are delivered to the patient on the same day. Our department has 2 clinics, 1 student laboratory and 1 technician laboratory. In addition to education and training, our department contributes to national and international studies with academic publications, projects, papers and posters with the opportunities offered to our assistants and faculty members.
